Known for his innovative approach to urban regeneration and cultural heritage projects, Meng has contributed significantly to the rethinking of Chinese urban spaces, blending traditional elements with contemporary design solutions.

WINNIE HO WING-YIN

Hong Kong architect and government official specializing in housing and urban development. As Secretary for Housing, she oversees public housing policies, including light public housing initiatives. Previously, she served as Director of Architectural Services and contributed to urban revitalization efforts in Kowloon East.

CRISTINA CAVACO

Associate Professor and Director of the Department of Urbanism at the Lisbon School of Architecture, University of Lisbon. Her work focuses on urban development, spatial planning, and regional design. Former Deputy Director General at the Directorate-General of Territory (2012–2016), she contributed to Portugal's spatial planning policies.
